1. After downloading the software, unzip it and run Resetter.exe;

2. After opening it, click the Select button;

3. Select the specific printer model;

4. After confirming the selection of the corresponding model in the upper left corner, click the Particular adjustment mode button.

3. Enter the function selection interface, select Waste ink pad counter on the left, which is the waste ink reset function we need, and click OK.

6. Enter the waste ink tank reset operation interface.

Click the Check button to get the current waste ink counter value. Then select the checkbox in front of the counter, and click the Initialization button to complete the waste ink tank initialization. Reset completed.

5. Wait for the machine to complete the initialization, then reopen the printer.
